The Committee on Environment is comprised of representatives from all 11 jurisdictions within the Northeast International Region. NICE works on initiatives specific to the energy field and is the oldest standing NEG/ECP committee. Currently NICE is executing Resolution 42-2: Resolution Concerning Energy Security and Affordability. This resolution was passed at the 2018 conference.
