The Climate Change Steering Committee is comprised of representatives from all 11 jurisdictions within the Northeast International Region. This Committee was created following the adoption of the 2001 Regional Climate Change Action Plan. CCSC is composed of representatives from both the environmental and energy sector and reports directly to the Committee on the Environment. In 2018 the committee submitted the 2017 Update of the Regional Climate Change Action Plan and is currently working to execute this new report through various committees.
